Find Me Help is the U.K.'s largest directory of services for people in the last years of life, their families, carers and friends. It currently includes listings for:

• 1203 organisations in the UK
• Of these, 244 are 'claimed', i.e. managing their own listing
• In total, these 1203 organisations are listed as providing 3363 services
• Of these, 137 are national services and 3226 are only available in the local area.

Find Me Help also includes an accurate and accessible set of information developed by subject matter experts and service users. This can be seen here.

Find Me Help has been produced by Dying Matters and was initially funded by Macmillan Cancer Support.

The development of Find Me Help has been supported by many of the main organisations in the sector. A list of key contributors can be found here. Find Me Help has been built by Impermanence.

If you provide a service to people in the last years of life, or those close to them, we invite you to add your details to this website.

We include any services working with people who are dying and their families, friends and carers that are provided by:
• Charities
• Voluntary and community sector organisations
• Social enterprises
• Not-for-profit organisations
• Faith-based organisations
• The NHS and the hospice sector

Services run by volunteers are particularly encouraged to register.

Please note that we do not list individual solicitors' firms, funeral directors, celebrants or counsellors. Rather we link to websites that provide listings for these, such as the Law Society, Funeral Advisor, Find Me Good Care etc.
